90% of all screen prints and paintings were made by Herman in Zwolle in the IQ studio (from the late 1980s to 2001), where almost everything was photographed and recorded on video.

A film was also made of this: “Kunst Begin Drr Niet An” which premiered in Zwolle (Theater De Spiegel) and Amsterdam (Pathé Tuschinski) in October 2015.

Gwen Jansen has made a beautiful 80-minute documentary (film) from more than 70 hours of film footage. This film is still available on DVD at the Herman Brood Museum while supplies last.
