Museum
On November 3, 2018, the Herman Brood Museum Museum was festively opened by none other than Johan Derksen, a fan from the very beginning.
The museum consists of 3 rooms above the Herman Brood Experience and displays a wide collection of art and related works by Herman Brood from the private collection of friend and initiator Ivo de Lange, widow Xandra Brood, daughters Lola and Holly and both sisters Elly and Beppie Brood.
Fan paraphernalia and collectibles are also regularly displayed. It concerns letters, drawings and poems, written and painted by him on canvas, pieces of paper, clothing and beer mats.
There are also personal items from Brood on display. Never-before-seen photos, clothing, painting attributes and even syringe needles.
Films about this artist are shown on several large screens. Also, in the museum you can scan the QR codes with your phone camera to see short fragments of the master himself.
Recordings made in the 90s. In short, a wonderful experience!
